The Bio-Oligo 100 can handle 50 μmol to 9 mmol, the Bio-Oligo 10 is suitable for synthesis in the 10 μmol to 50 μmol range, and the Bio-Oligo 150 is made for higher-volume applications. The system’s modular design and clever software enable flexible DNA/RNA synthesis using interchangeable synthesis columns with different capacities.
